About JET
The Jon Egging Trust (JET) is an early intervention charity, stepping in to support young people at significant risk of dropping out of full-time education.
Many of the young people we support are enrolled in our programmes by their schools because they lack confidence or are underachieving due to disadvantage or inequality. We truly believe that, with the right support, all young people can achieve bright futures regardless of their starting point.
Our inspirational programmes
Our face-to-face programmes are highly effective at inspiring young people to re-engage with education and develop the skills, self-belief and resilience needed to achieve positive training and career outcomes.
By coupling our proven methodology with innovative thinking, we have developed the JET Inspired hub to expand our reach and allow the cornerstones of our programmes to be accessed remotely by teachers and youth leaders across the UK.

Reach for the skies
At the Jon Egging Trust, we work in partnership with inspirational role models including the Royal Airforce Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, to inspire young people to become the best they can be. Many of the videos and resources on the JET Inspired hub offer a privileged behind-the-scene look at dynamic and fascinating real-world workplaces.
What our teachers say...
“I loved the JET Inspired resources! The children were so engaged during the video. We stopped and talked at different points about how we could apply the different areas of 'working in a team' into our lives. The JET Pack activity was a real eye-opener for them about how and what they need to get themselves organised!” Headteacher, Hampshire
